In addition to using a Bluetooth device to take measurements and send them to Allie, you can also manually enter data as needed. This article will cover how to track your Insulin and prescribed Medications in Allie on a daily basis.
Insulin Dosing
If you are expected to take Insulin. you will see an "Insulin Dosing" Task in your Tasks page, as well as in your Care Plan.
1. To capture the amount of Insulin you have taken, tap the "+" sign next to "Insulin Dosing"
2. In the pop-up, enter the number of units of insulin you have taken. Next, indicate whether it was "Long Lasting" or "Fast Acting" insulin.
If you do not specify which type of Insulin it is, Allie will ask you to enter this information before it will save.
3. After adding your Insulin, you'll see the Task move to the "completed" section of your Tasks page. This information will then be available for your Codex Health clinician to review.
4. If you realize you need to edit this, simply tap on the Task in the completed section. This will open a pop-up where you can modify the date, time, number of units, and type of Insulin. You can also delete this entry by tapping the "Delete" option.
Medication
If you have been prescribed a medication. you will see that Task in your Tasks page, as well as in your Care Plan.
1. To mark that you have taken your medication, tap the "+" sign next to the medication name.
2. This will display a pop-up where you can confirm the date/time, and then tap "Taken" to indicate you have taken your medication. This information will then be available for your Codex Health clinician to review.
3. You'll see the Task move to the "completed" section of your Tasks page.
4. If you need to make a change, simply tap on the Task in the completed section. This will open a pop-up where you can modify the date and time you took your medication. You can also delete this entry by tapping the "Delete" option.
