Managing your health shouldn’t feel overwhelming. With our Virtual Care Program, you get the tools, support, and expert guidance you need to take control of your health — all from the comfort of your home.
As you get started, let’s cover some topics to help you get familiar with our program:
💡 Program Overview
Our goal is to empower you with the tools to make lasting lifestyle changes—wherever you are on your health journey. This program focuses on healthy habits and daily choices that improve your health beyond just medication. The more informed you are, the more confident you’ll feel in making the right decisions for yourself.
Just by being here, you’ve made your health a priority. It allows you to show up for the moments that matter —spending time with loved ones, caring for pets who rely on you, traveling to places you’ve always dreamed of, or simply feeling good enough to enjoy everyday life. Prioritizing your health means prioritizing the life you want to live.
While our Clinical Team won’t prescribe new medications (that’s your primary care physician’s role), they are experts in medication management and can guide you toward best practices for the medications you’re taking.
This is more than a program—it’s a personalized approach to long-term health.
❤️ Why Daily Measurements Matter
Taking daily measurements is the key to your success in this program. They sync with the Allie app, allowing our Clinical Team to track your progress and tailor their guidance to your needs.
The patients who see the best health outcomes are those make daily readings part of their routine.
Here’s why:
- Understand Your Body: See how food, exercise, sleep, or stress affect your health.
- Get Personalized Care: The more data our Clinical Team has, the more precise their recommendations will be.
- Ensure Insurance Coverage: Insurance companies require daily measurements to cover the cost of the program.
Making this a daily habit helps you take control of your health and get the most out of the program!
🗓️ Appointments
Each month, you’ll have a 20-minute video visit with your Codex clinician. This is your opportunity to check in, ask questions, and learn new strategies to keep making progress toward better health. These appointments focus on lifestyle and behavior—not medication.
For these video visits, we ask that you follow the following:
- Join 5 minutes early. 20 minutes goes by quickly so we want to make sure we get as much time with you as possible.
- Reschedule or cancel, if needed. Life happens, and that’s ok. If you can’t make your appointment, please update it as soon as possible so another patient can use that time.
- Set a reminder. Missing your appointment means missing an opportunity to learn and improve. Add it to your calendar so you don’t forget.
Your appointments are designed to support and empower you—we’re here to help you succeed!
💬 Communication
Staying in touch with your Codex clinician is the key to getting the best care possible! The more you share about how you're feeling and what’s going on in your daily life, the better we can support you.
Between appointments, you can use the chat feature in the Allie app to ask questions, share updates, or get guidance on things that come up. Whether it’s a change in your routine, a concern about your readings, or a small win you want to celebrate, we’re here to help.
Regular communication ensures you get the most out of this program—so don’t hesitate to reach out!
That’s it for now! We’re excited to support you on your journey to better health—one step at a time.
