Summary
This article explains how to remove or edit readings in the Allie app. Manually entered measurements can be edited or deleted directly in Allie. Bluetooth readings cannot be edited or deleted in the app and must be requested through your clinical team.
Follow the steps below to remove a manual measurement yourself, or to request removal of a Bluetooth reading. You can also submit a request for either type of reading to be removed if you prefer.
Remove or Edit a Manual Reading
Only manually entered readings can be edited or deleted directly in the Allie app.
- Locate the reading that was entered manually under your Completed Tasks.
Tap the incorrect reading. A pop-up will appear where you can edit the value or conditions and tap "Save" to complete the task. You can also "Delete" the entry by tapping the Delete button.
Note: If you delete a required Task, it will move back to the “Due” section on your Tasks page.

Remove a Bluetooth Reading
Bluetooth readings cannot be edited or deleted directly in the Allie app.
- If a reading was taken via Bluetooth, it cannot be removed using the same steps as manually entered readings.
- To request removal of a Bluetooth reading, please message your clinical team via the Clinician Chat in the top right corner of the Allie app.
- Include the following information in your message:
• Type of reading (weight measurement, blood pressure measurement, or glucose measurement)
• Date and time of the inaccurate reading - Once your message is received, we will process your request to remove the reading.
Note: The reading may still appear in your Allie app, but it will not be visible to your clinician. - You may also request removal of Bluetooth readings by submitting a support ticket by navigating to:
Allie → Settings → Technical Support and include the date, time, and type of reading in the ticket description.
