How to submit and view your support requests

Submitting a request ticket

In the bottom right hand corner of our Support Center and desktop/web applications (including Foresight), you'll find a Support widget, from which you can report an issue, submit feedback, or request features and additions to our product.

Viewing previous support requests

After logging into your CodexHealth ZenDesk account, tapping your profile (found in the top right hand corner of the screen) will expand a menu of activity links. Select the My activities menu option to open your requests.

On this page, you are able to view your posted support requests, contributions, and followed posts. Responses and discussion can be viewed in the expanded view of each post.
